Having lived and worked in Spain several years and set up our own companies, we realised that there are many people coming to Spain to live/work and finding the legal/beaurocratic systems in Spain difficult. Finding help and advice on these in English even more difficult! So we decided to set up our business here to help people coming to Spain through the maze of systems and procedures in Spain, in particular for people wanting to set up businesses, how to do it and what comes next. In short, we will find the right solutions for whatever your needs happen to be. Having worked in a Spanish law/accountancy firm we have gained the experience and knowledge needed in order to do this.

We very much have a “hands on” approach to our business and like to work with our clients closely to ensure that we understand their business so that we can do the best for them. This we find works well rather than having to work with the typical impatient Spanish gestor or “frosty” accountant who only knows how to crunch the numbers!

If you are setting up or already have a business in Spain finding an English speaking accountant or English speaking lawyer can also be difficult. So we can offer you these services, whether it be how to form a company, Spanish taxes, Spanish VAT, Spanish payroll system (nominas) or even buying a house.
