Finding Accomodation
If you are about to move to Barcelona and need help in finding somewhere to live, then we can certainly help with your search. We have contacts with many estate agents in the region and with our knowledge of the area, transport systems, schools, social activities etc. we can advise you where would be best for you if you are not sure of where you would like to live. We can make a short list of properties that may be of interest and accompany you to the viewings. Once you have found your new home we can negotiate with the agents for the pricing, terms etc. whether it be a home to rent or buy. The system of buying and renting here in Spain can be a little daunting so we can take you through that process.
